In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 888cb platform. • You must notify 888cb immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You must not use another Player's account or allow another person to use your account.
• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

888cb reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

In accordance with our regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations, 888cb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to satisfactorily complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed, and 888cb may require verification at any other stage deemed appropriate.

KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and individual game or sport rules, the individual game or sport rules shall prevail in relation to that specific activity.

888cb reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• Where a palpable error in odds, pricing, or game data is identified, whether arising from a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure.
• Where there is evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or any other integrity violation affecting the outcome of the event on which the bet was placed.
• Where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including by a Player who was ineligible to place the bet at the time it was accepted.
• Where technical system errors result in incorrect game outcomes or payouts being displayed or credited.

In the event that a game session is interrupted due to a technical failure before the outcome is determined, 888cb will endeavour to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not technically possible, wagers affected by an unresolved technical failure will be returned to the Player's wallet balance.

888cb sportsbook odds are updated in real time and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. 888cb reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any single bet or event at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888cb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and potential forfeiture of wallet balances where permitted by applicable law:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one 888cb account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your account.

All content published on the 888cb platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, data compilations, and design elements, is the exclusive property of 888cb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888cb platform solely for personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Using 888cb's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that could create confusion with or imply an endorsement by 888cb.

888cb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to 888cb in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
